Shipping Time: I typically ship items out within 2 business days. I prefer to ship via USPS. I will usually use flat rate priority mail on breakable items, parcel post for non breakable items (to keep shipping costs down) or media mail for books. . PLEASE NOTE that if your item is going parcel post it could take more than a week to arrive if you live several states away. 

Insurance: Priority mail includes insurance, If your item arrives damaged, a claim will be filed so please contact me within 3 days of receiving it. The original packaging must be kept with the item and photographs provided. 

Shipping Areas: The shipping costs provided apply only to shipping within the Continental US unless otherwise stated in the listing. However, I am willing to ship outside the US If the item can fit in a flat rate box. Please contact me for a shipping quote outside the US.

For returns, you must contact me within 3 days of receiving the item. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping and as long as the item arrives in the condition it was sent, a refund of the purchase price is provided using the same payment method that was used. If the package is damaged in transit, you must send pictures within 3 days so that an insurance claim can be made with USPS.  Cancellations are not allowed for classes but the customer can switch to another scheduled class within 45 days.
